As a Recruiter, you support a leading company in the assistance concept with talent acquisition and management to effectively promote innovative insurance and service products.

Your Responsibilities

Support for employees and managers in all aspects of human resources.
Responsible for administrative HR tasks, including job postings, interviews, and contract drafting.
Active involvement in optimizing HR processes and support for the implementation of HR reports and digitization projects.

+ Profile

Abschluss in Personalmanagement oder vergleichbare Ausbildung im HR-Bereich.
Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B1).
Offene Persönlichkeit mit der Fähigkeit, aktiv auf Menschen zuzugehen.
Erfahrung in der HR-Branche ist nicht erforderlich, Engagement und Lernbereitschaft stehen im Vordergrund.
