As a Key Account Manager, you play a central role in the expansion of a leading IT specialist by acquiring new customers and managing existing ones to deliver tailored IT solutions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Building and acquiring new customers, as well as maintaining existing customer relationships.
  • Analysis of customer potential in relation to the entire product range.
  • Preparation of calculations, quotes, and contracts; responsibility for revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Development and presentation of product portfolios and strategies for customer retention.

+ Profile

  • Hochschulabschluss oder abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung.
  • Ausgezeichnete EDV-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in MS Office und CRM-Systemen.
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil.
  • Starkes kundenorientiertes Denken, ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick und hohe Beratungskompetenz.
