Your Responsibilities

Management of hiring processes and support with payroll.
Coaching and mentoring for leadership teams to promote employee development.
Leading training sessions and planning training and development initiatives.
Designing the work and organizational structure, job descriptions, and talent acquisition.

+ Profile

Abgeschlossenes BWL-Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personalwesen oder vergleichbare Ausbildung.
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in HR-Positionen mit Führungserfahrung.
Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht und Betriebsverfassungsrecht.
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
